Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to prompts, uploads, generated content and use of LoveImage AI. It is part of our Terms of Service. The following content and conduct are not allowed.
1. Sexual and pornographic content
Do not create or upload pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualised depictions of real people without consent.
2. Child safety
Any sexualisation, grooming, exploitation or sexual abuse material involving a minor is prohibited, including synthetic, fictional or apparently underage subjects. Do not attempt to create or obtain such material.
3. Violence, gore and terrorism
Do not create graphic gore, torture or material promoting real-world violence, terrorism, self-harm or suicide. Do not provide threats, extremist recruitment or instructions facilitating serious harm.
4. Hate and harassment
Do not promote hatred, discrimination or violence against protected groups, or create targeted harassment, abusive personal attacks, doxxing or intimidation.
5. Deepfakes, impersonation and deception
Do not impersonate a person, celebrity, public official or organisation to mislead others, create deceptive political material, fabricate evidence or identity documents, or facilitate fraud. Obtain necessary consent and disclose synthetic content when disclosure is required by law or necessary to avoid deception.
6. Copyright, trademarks and privacy
Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights or confidentiality obligations. Using a model does not give you permission to reproduce a protected character, brand or likeness.
7. System abuse
Do not bypass safety checks, account restrictions or credit limits; access another user’s data; distribute malware; scrape private content; or use stolen payment details. Do not probe for prohibited outputs by disguising requests or repeatedly evading blocks.
8. Reports, enforcement and appeals
We may reject requests, restrict access or terminate service for violations, subject to applicable law. Report suspected abuse or appeal a decision at [email protected] with the task ID or relevant URL and an explanation. Do not include illegal imagery in the report. We may seek additional information and will communicate the outcome where legally permitted.
