Terms of Service

1. The service

Available tools, supported models, generation settings and credit costs are shown in the product. Third-party model availability may change. We do not promise an unavailable feature or an identical result from repeated prompts. Material reductions to a paid service will be communicated; applicable refund rights remain available.

AI output can be inaccurate, non-unique or unsuitable. Review it before use, especially where another person’s rights or important decisions are involved. LoveImage AI is an independent service, not an endorsement by the model providers.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify [email protected] about unauthorised access. Do not share or resell account access or evade account limits.

3. Prices, recurring billing and credits

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled. By completing subscription checkout, you authorise recurring charges at the price and interval displayed there, including applicable taxes. Annual plans are charged for a full year; their credits are delivered monthly, not all at once. Any monthly equivalent shown for an annual plan is not a monthly payment option.

Prices are in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Waffo Pancake is our merchant of record for payments and handles the purchase, applicable tax collection and payment receipts. Its buyer terms and privacy policy also apply to payment processing. We remain responsible for the LoveImage service and product support.

Subscription credits expire 60 days after each grant. Separately purchased top-up credits do not expire; only eligible subscribers can purchase them. Credits are not money and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, except for refunds required by this policy or law. The current plan determines which models and settings you can use, including after cancellation.

A failed generation normally restores its charged credits to the original grants with their original expiry dates; already expired grants are not extended. Contact support if a failure was charged incorrectly. This credit adjustment is different from a cash refund.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel renewal in App → Billing using the cancellation control before the next renewal. Access continues until the paid period ends. Cancelling does not itself issue a refund. Account deletion is not a substitute for cancelling a subscription; cancel first. Contact support if you cannot access the cancellation control.

Our Refund Policy at Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. It provides a seven-day refund window for an unused first subscription purchase and unused credit packs, plus remedies for duplicate charges, non-delivery and applicable consumer rights.

5. Inputs, outputs and licences

You retain your rights in your inputs and must have permission to upload and process them, including images of other people. You give us and the service providers needed to fulfil your request permission to process the inputs and outputs to operate, secure and support the service.

As between you and LoveImage AI, we do not claim ownership of your generated output. Paid-plan outputs may be used commercially; free-plan outputs are for personal, non-commercial use. This does not grant rights belonging to others, override upstream model licence restrictions or guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or non-infringement.

LoveImage AI does not train its own AI models on your prompts, uploads or outputs. Generation uses external API access, model hosting and inference services. Available models include those developed by OpenAI, Google, ByteDance, Alibaba (Qwen and Wan), and other developers shown in the product. Their names identify the models; they do not imply endorsement of LoveImage. Data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Our Acceptable Use Policy at Acceptable Use Policy prohibits sexual and pornographic content; child sexual abuse or exploitation; graphic violence and terrorism; hate and targeted abuse; deceptive deepfakes and impersonation; and copyright or trademark infringement. Fraud, unauthorised access and bypassing safety controls are also prohibited.

7. Reports and appeals

Report suspected violations or appeal a blocked request or account restriction at [email protected]. Include the relevant task ID or URL and the reason for your request; do not email illegal imagery. We review reports and may request further information. We aim to acknowledge support requests within two business days and explain appeal outcomes within ten business days. These are response targets, not a restriction on your legal remedies.

8. Account closure and service termination

You can request account deletion in Settings. There is a 30-day recovery period during which signing in can restore the account, followed by scheduled deletion. Export files you want to keep first. If we discontinue a prepaid service without your breach, we will provide an appropriate refund for the undelivered part. Serious abuse may lead to restriction or termination, subject to applicable law.

9. Responsibility and disputes

We will exercise reasonable care in providing the service. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or a particular creative result, and are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, wilful misconduct or mandatory consumer protections.

Contact [email protected] to seek resolution of a dispute. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive access to courts, regulators or consumer remedies available where you live.

10. Policy and price changes

We will post updates with a revised date and notify you of material changes through the service or your account email. Paid price changes apply prospectively with advance notice and an opportunity to cancel before the changed renewal. Mandatory local consumer rights prevail over conflicting wording; translations do not remove those rights.
